At only 1 hour and a half from Caracas, is located HIGUEROTE, one of the most
importants regions of the Miranda State, and the best touristic center. You can
find an excellent mix between the traditional and simple architecture of the
town with the current infrastructure of buildings, hotels, restaurants, etc. It
has excellents beaches of cristallyne waters and white sands, and you can get
there by highway or small boats. Most of this beaches are the best option for
diving practices.
HIGUEROTE counts with an airport in which can land medium capacity flights.
Nearby are located other enigmatic and exotic regions as Curiepe and Birongo,
and La Ceiba a producing area of the best cacao of the world.
