Morrocoy - General Information

Located on the continental and marine areas in the coastal region north-central-west of the country, between the towns of Tucacas and Chichiriviche.
The park consists of a set of islets or keys among which are: Borracho, Pelón, Sal, Punta Gorda, El Muerto and Peraza, among others.
Morrocoy beaches are spectacular with white sand and blue water. To go all the keys you can rent a small boat from Tucacas or Chichiriviche.
For accommodation the options are increasing each time, from simple inns until 3 and 4 star Hotels, close to the towns and main docks. Morrocoy becomes increasingly an ideal place for vacation. For its proximity to the central states of Venezuela, you may get to this paradise from Caracas in 04 hours and from Valencia and Maracay in 2 ½ hours
